Maison de campagne confortable et bien entretenue immergée dans un parc de 3000 m². Idéal pour les grands groupes. Intérieur et extérieur de haute qualité: un mélange parfait entre le style vénitien et le style toscan. Sol en terre cuite et bois de chêne. Meubles en chêne massif, en cerisier et en noyer. Salles de bains en mosaïque de verre précieux. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain privée, de la télévision par satellite et de la climatisation. Wifi gratuit et parking intérieur. Structure rustique conçue et restaurée entièrement par le propriétaire. Design unique avec un minimum de détails, équipé de quatre chambres. Un lit king-size avec un lit king size et trois chambres quadruples avec un lit king-size et un lit superposé confortable. Trois chambres avec salle de bain privée avec douche, TV satellite et climatisation, salle de bain privée avec jacuzzi. Chaque salle de bain a un radiateur sèche lingettes. Dans le grand salon, vous pourrez vous détendre à côté d'une ancienne cheminée ou dîner confortablement ensemble. La cuisine est ancienne mais moderne et équipée tout au long: micro-ondes, four électrique, machine à café Nespresso avec des gousses, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge .... etc, etc. Nous garanissons des environnements aseptisés. A chaque changement d'invités un nettoyage et une aération. La maison est aseptisée avec une machine onone professionelle. La grande maison de campagne donne sur le jardin où vous trouverez: un porche, un gazebo en fer forgé, une excellente pièce en bois pour vos enfants et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre détente. L'ensemble de la propriété est clôturé avec un grand parking intérieur. Les clients auront accès à tout le gîte, au parking et au grand parc. La ferme dispose également d'un porche et d'une terrasse. Notre propriété est dans un coin de paradis où vous pourrez vous détendre au printemps et en été au frais en été dans la campagne vénitienne en évitant la chaleur et la confusion de la ville. Notre propriété se situe le long de la Riviera del Brenta, un site historique, artistique et culturel comparable aux chateaux de la Loire ou aux châteaux de Bavière. En fait, les anciennes villas palladiennes ( Patrimoine Unesco), se trouvent le long de la rivière Brenta, que l'on peut visiter en voiture, en vélo ou en bateau. Nous sommes dans le pays, mais les pays de Dolo et Mira sont très proches de nous. In Dolo et Mira vous trouverez des supermarchès, des bars, des restaurants, des pizzeria....etc.... Souvent, nos clients apprécient le jogging ou tout simplement se promène. Pas d'impot à payer. Notre domaine se trouve à 12 km de Venise et à 12 km de Padoue. D'autres villes historiques à visiter sont à proximité: Trévise, Vérone, Vicence, Chioggia et Ferrare. Mais aussi des lieux naturalistes comme le lac de Garde et Gardaland pour vos enfants ou les collines Euganéennes (Terme Euganee). Ou vous pouvez visiter Valdobbiadene ( Patrimoine Unesco) dans la provincie de Trèvise et faire une Tournée de vin Prosecco ( Prosecco Tour). La mer est à 25 km de nous ( Sottomarina) ou Jesolo à 40 km. Mais aussi le Lido de Venise (14 km). L'aéroport de Venise est à 25 km, tandis que l'aéroport de Trévise se trouve à 40 km. La gare la plus proche est Mira-Mirano à 2,5 km. L'arrêt de tramway se trouve à 1,3 km. Le terminal du ferry maritime pour Venise et les îles (Murano, Burano, Torcello, etc ...) se trouve à 5 km. Le port de Venise est à 12 km. Possibilités de transport. Nous sommes à la disposition de nos clients. Check-in: enregistrement à partir de 3.00 h. de l'après-midi jusqu'à 8.00 h. du soir. Dolo est un village historique avec un monumental Squero et un ancien moulin en activité. Padoue possède 3000 ans d'histoire, une ville d'une grande valeur artistique et artistique avec une âme médiévale. Voici quelques-uns des nombreux monuments / places à visiter: \- la chapelle des Scrovegni peinte par Giotto, \- le Palazzo della Ragione, \- la basilique Saint Antoine, \- le jardin botanique, patrimoine de l'Unesco. Le plus ancien jardin botanique d'Europe. \- la grande place Prato della Valle, \- mais beaucoup plus .... Non loin de là ( Colli Euganei/ Terme Euganee), vous trouverez le plus grand centre thermal d'Europe: les spas euganéens des monts Euganéens. De nombreux itinéraires cyclotouristiques passent dans notre région : \- Route Aida, (Bicitalia 20) qui relie le Mont Cenis à la Slovénie. Nous sommes sur la route à quelques kilomètres de Venise après Padoue. \- Ligne 1 Lac de Garde-Venise (Bicitalia 20) : itinéraire régional qui part de Bolzano et dont le dernier arrêt est à Dolo. \- Route de Venise à vélo: de Dolo à Fusina, le long de la Riviera del Brenta. Nous sommes également sur le Camino di Sant'Antonio : l'un des chemins les plus fascinants à parcourir à pied ou à vélo ! L'itinéraire principal suit les traces du voyage effectué par Sant 'Antonio à partir de la ville de Camposampiero à la périphérie de Padoue. A Camposampiero il s'arrêta les derniers jours de sa vie avant d'arriver à Padoue où il périt. L'itinéraire alternatif est celui qui part de Venise dans un scénario qui suit la rivière Brenta jusqu'à Padoue, puis continue jusqu'au sanctuaire de La Verna en Toscane. We loved the house, and appreciated the eye given to detail in the woodwork and integrated 'Murano' glass creations. We were also able to purchase some glass from a selection tastefully displayed in the house where we stayed. Our group of 13 easily had enough room to sleep, relax and eat, while the lawn and play area was enjoyed by the younger ones. English is spoken which was helpful in planning our stay as well as conversing with our caring hosts. We were happy to leave our vehicle at the local train station (approx 5-8 min away) and take the train into Venice. There are beautiful fields surrounding this property and it was very quiet. The radiators kept us perfectly comfortable as the temperatures in April can be chilly still. Christiana and Dario are the perfect hosts, helpful and discreet. To make sure we had no problems finding it the property the owner met us at the road and lead us there. The house is a charming place. The owners were wonderful. We wanted to see both Venice and Padua but did not want to stay in either place, so this mid-point spot was ideal, and proved to be the perfect spot for us. The host was wonderful. Excellent communication. All the amenities available and a very suitable place for myself and three adult children to say. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own en suite full bath. This property has been very well taken care of, has all the modern appurtenances, but also is decorated in a very charming way. Comfortable and serene, we would stay here again if we wander back to northern Italy. Brava! ##### John G. This is a beautiful place to stay on the countryside not too far from the Venice main square. A short walk to the bus station will take you there. The hosts Dario and his wife live in the house next door and are very accommodating. They will take you to the market or bus by request for a fee, but definitely worth it if needed. They answer any questions you have phone in a timely matter. They left welcome gifts for us. Dario met the taxi on the road by bike to guide us to the house. This is a great place for a big family! They were were the perfect host and hostess. We were a party of eight from Ontario Canada. Dario and Cristiana picked us up at the train station in Mira which was a short 15 minute train ride out of Venice, and transported all of us and our luggage to their villa about 15 minutes away. The villa is absolutely beautiful situated in the countryside with gorgeous gardens and lots of space to relax. As one of our group put it "it was the icing , whipped cream and the cherry on top" finale of our 12 day vacation. If you have an opportunity or the time Dario is a fabulous chef and cooked us our dinner the last evening we were there. The best Tiramisu any of us have had. Dario did a lot of the work on the restoration of their home (maybe all of it) and it was beautiful craftsmanship. The country house was very comfortable for our family group of fifteen-grandparents, parents and children. Three of the four large bedrooms could accommodate four persons and the fourth bedroom was a comfortable king sized bed which slept two. The woodwork inside the house was lovely and added to the warmth. Cristiana made us feel so welcome and was a ray of sunshine. She served the wonderful meal that Dario prepared which was a highlight for us to be able to remain comfortably at home after a day of sightseeing in Venice. The yard and garden were lovely and we would certainly return in warmer weather to enjoy more of the outdoor surroundings. The town of Dolo was charming and fun to see. Cristiana, Dario and Bruno, their adorable 12 year old Bassett Hound welcomed our family of 8 with a bottle of cold Persecco and sweets. Their beautifully restored 200 year old home sits on a lovely park like setting. Since we did not have a rental car we relied on Dario to transport our group of 8 into Dolo for dinners, to the train station and airport. Cristiana and Dario couldn’t have been more accommodating! Their recommendation for dinner at “Al Cristo” in the quaint town of Dolo was so good we returned the next evening. This property is comfortable, clean, with wonderful owners!
