« The staff are very helpful
The food was good, warm food was warm and cold food was cold.
The Room was comfortable and clean.
The pool was not heated and thus it was ice cube cold. Kids - liked the pool. Adults - we need to be pampered.
The cushions that you sit on in the dining room need a good cleaning, as well as under the tables. »

« The room was clean. We asked for cleaning service every other day. No one came. Had to ask for clean towels. The shower rod was loose so the curtain kept slipping causing water to get on the floor. The screws were coming up on the trim between the floor and the carpet so we had to put a towel to cover them so we didn't trip or stub a toe on them. The pool didn't look very clean. Wasn't filthy though. The room was small, but since we were using it just to sleep, it was okay. »

« Absolutely awful. We tried to check in and they claimed our booking was cancelled, even though expedia showed we still had it. They apparently we already full, so they did us a "favor" and showed us their disability accommodation room that they normally save for guests who need it. We walked in and it wreaked of cigarettes, the towels, sink, and tub were dirty, and there were stains on the bed. We walked out and found a new place. Don't waste your money here. »
