Many in staff should quit or become serviceminded

Vi hade bokat 2st trippelrum.Vi skulle bo 2 pers per rum ,då chansade de att ge oss 2 dubbelrum.Vi påtalade att vi betalt trippeltum efter vi sett rummen och då fick vi rätta rummen. Rent hotell ,trevliga städerskor.1 Jättetrevlig man som sprang runt o servade o skojade vid frukost,inte jättestort utbud men helt OK. Liten kyl utan kylfack.Någon i personalen gav oss is,några ej.Vi fick inte ta större glas upp på rummen,fast det fanns 2 mindre glas i badrummet.Den ena i servicepersonalen/baren är direkt otrevlig , vi kunde låna karaff is o glas för serviceavgift 15 euro. Strandparasoll o 2 solstolar 30-35 euro per dag ,kunde man köpa i receptionen med rabatt.Jämna pengar kontant,beroende på vem som stod i receptionen och orkade ge tillbaka,slutade ofta med att vi gick direkt till stranden oc betalade där för att slippa sura miner i receptionen. Dagen innan vi skulle hem ,pratade vi med en trevlig i receptionen undrade vi om vi kunde ha väskorna kvar och någonstans att duscha ,utcheckning kl 10 ,vi skulle ge oss av kl 14:30. Det var inga problem,vi skulle få nya handdukar o duscha i källaren.Vi blev förvånade att det skulle gå smidigt med något på detta hotel.Naturligtvis gick det absolut inte smidigt,när vi bad om handdukar stod ju den väldigt otrevliga i receptionen och tyckte att vi skulle behållt handukarna från rummet vi checkade ut,när vi sa att vi blev lovade dagen innan ,kunde vi få 1 handduk till 4 personer.Efter irritation tog receptionisten fram 4 till

Tæt på stranden. Hyggelig by. Hotellet er ok. Vores aircondition virkede ikke. Hotellet tændte for det i receptionen, men det stoppede kort efter. Hver gang blev vi affærdiget i teceptionen. Jeg spurgte, om de ikke kunne gøre noget, men det blev afvist. Det viste sig, at der var en meget lille knap på oversiden af anlægget, der skulle aktiveres. Det kunne have givet 2 nætters fuld søvn at vide det. Den ene elevator gik i stykker og jammede den anden. Igen blev man afvist med, at man ikke kunne gøre noget. Et skilt kunne have hjulpet. Morgenmaden er ok.

Deluso da una struttura collocata in un punto strategico, non offre possibilità di parcheggio all'ospite tranne che a pagamento. Un esperienza veramente terribile dopo trevore di viaggio in macchina sentirmi dire non c'è parcheggio. Non consiglirei questa struttura a nessuno.

WORST HOTEL. If you want to sleep stay somewhere else. The walls are PAPER thin. You can hear every movement from your floor to the ones above and below. Bathroom had hair left on counter and a clean dish left on counter in bedroom. Says parking included but man at front desk tries to charge additional for it. You have to pay additional to use the pool and it closes at 7pm.

Pas de parking à cet hôtel comme dans le descriptif. Parking payant à 5 minutes à pied pour 15€ par jour. Pas de libre accès à la piscine en sous sol. Mais bon petit déjeuner.

aspettare l'alba da una delle terrazze dell'hotel è stato un fatto assolutamente fantastico, suggestivo, incredibile. La baia, con bellissime barche alla fonda e sullo sfondo la meravigliosa Taormina, ripaga qualsiasi sacrificio.

Struttura visitata per la prima volta, risale agli anni 80 e nonostante il tempo e' sempre affascinante sia per la vista che le camere. per essere un 4 stelle gli valgono tutte. ottima posizione di fonte al mare, vista mozzafiato su taormina e il porto, posizione strabiliante. personale eccellente ,gentile e accogliente. sin dal ns arrivo ci hanno messo a ns agio facendoci sentire a casa propria. ottime ed abbondanti colazioni sevite dal grande Fabrizio che con la sua loquacita' ed esperienza nel settore ci ha dato un paio di dritte sui ristoranti e locali dove degustare le prelibatezze locali. ci torneremo senz'altro appena possibile.

ho prenotato una matrimoniale uso singola con supplemento, al mio arrivo mi ritrovo una singola con letto alla francese, non era quello che avevo prenotato con tanto di supplemento,ho chiesto una camera matrimoniale e ho dovuto pagare un ulteriore supplemento. La camera priva di bidet, bagno cieco con ventola non funzionante e priva di qualsiasi manutenzione, privo di balcone e senza la possibilità di stendere un costume. La colazione è stata priva di qualità. Nessun rapporto qualità prezzo VOGLIO RICORDARVI CHE E' UN ALBERGO A 4 STELLE
