« The room was clean and comfortable with somewhat a smell and lacking in amenities. The kitchen fan and light did not work, and no utensils, glasses, pots, etc. The kitchen was completely empty except for two disposable cups- not even a coffee machine. The front desk tried to charge extra for room cleaning. »

« Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel »

« This is a spacious, beautiful house that was perfect for our 9-person extended-family group. Big rooms gave us several options for gathering as a group, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for a group our size. There’s an apartment in the basement that gave the two of us who stayed down there lots of privacy and quiet when we wanted. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well supplied for cooking.A mini-pool/table tennis/foosball table kept our younger...

« I was impressed with the communication from Juan. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I loved the bed, firm and comfortable, as well as the pillows. He told us about a walking path around the outside of the neighborhood. We got up early and walked it! Loved it. We drive an electric vehicle and happy to know that there are chargers in the lot near the apartment. It was a very good experience for us… »

« Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay. »
