"I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Coastal Hotel from June 8 to June 12. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable. The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing—flavorful, well-prepared, and consistently satisfying. Special thanks to the hotel drivers, Beshma and Romel, who were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I’d also like to highlight Charran, who was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist whenever needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Customer service overall was excellent and truly stood out. I would definitely recommend The Grand Coastal Hotel to anyone visiting Guyana.
