Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel. The only negative was the wifi was awful. Comfortable room except will be useful to have a mirror in the room itself instead of having to use the mirror in the toilet. For coffee making facilities, need to have better coffee packets and more packets of creamers. Main disadvantage of this hotel is not sufficient parking spaces. Even the roadside parking is full at night. Overall, very polite staff and good services and the minor issues mentioned above are more for future improvement. Staff were friendly and the lady who was on night duty was most helpful when I checked out super early today at 4am. She even offered to order a Grab ride for me. The room was also okay. Though I noticed the trash bins were not completely cleared out. Had some plastic and paper wrappings inside. Read about the sound proofing issues from previous reviews, at first I didn’t notice much except for the noise coming from the hallway as my room was right close to the lift.
