Hot & cold water dispenser available at hallway. required deposit for room key and car park access card if driving (parking foc from hotel but carpark access car based on 1st come 1st serve). Non-Malaysian will charge tourism fee for MYR10/night, plus Penang island heritage fee for MYR2/night for 1\~3 stars hotel. Overall pleasant stay. Value for money.
