« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. « The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« We stayed in Geneva for a wedding and this apartment was perfect! It was clean, bright and more spacious than expected. Everything was within walking distance: park with a lake view, restaurants, bars etc. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking. The host was friendly and quick to respond. « Very clean older home lovingly restored. A few quirks (example one step was a few inches longer that was unexpected), a mix of modern and old charm. The location is across from an ice cream/grill - we didn’t try it but did try the bbq place recommended by the host and it was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see our host provided eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles (freezer) and snacks. We selected the main bedroom which had plenty of space. The bathroom had the basics plus other items...

« We stayed in the property for a wine tasting weekend. It is located in the perfect location in the middle of all the wineries. We ate at the ports cafe which was an excellent restaurant & literally a 4 min drive from the house. We will definitely stay again. »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
