« Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...

« Older motel. Very rustic. Shower like a phone booth. Staff was friendly . Bed uncomfortable. Hot room. Window air conditioner took a while to cool the room. Large parking lot adjacent to the motel. »

« Room was clean.love the stove/sink and refrigerator combo.fridge did not work but they had a working fridge and freezer there.Loved the deck by the lake. I would not hesitate to come back. Great place to stay. »

« Amazing! Great location for snowmobiling, enough space for all us guys and our gear! Maintenance was great! Got a foot of snow while there and the plowing was done when we were out. Rooms were great, bed perfect, showers clean. We will for sure be back next year! »

« Wow! Our host was so communicative and helpful. When the cleaning crew noticed that the refridgerator wasn't working correctly, we were immediately notified that they were working on the problem. We arrived to find a fridge that we could use until the other was fixed. Fabulous. The overall house was well equipped and perfect for what we needed. A great place to hang out and so close to the snowmobile trail. Highly recommend! »
