This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and cute. When we had a concern the host got right with us. The pool was fun, hardly anyone went to the inside pool. It was perfect for my family. Also we loved that we was just able to park our car and walk all of downtown instead of having to pay for parking, that saved us a lot of money. And we got to see a bear in the parking lot as we got back one night. We can’t wait to come back!

The location was AMAZING. And the place had everything we needed. If I can say one thing: The dumpster for the property was hard to find, but found it after circling the building.

Decent place to stay for a short visit to Gatlinburg. Close to the national park entrance and easy access to downtown. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for heating up leftovers. The bathroom needs to be updated. Had an issue and the owner responded quickly but the issue was not resolved during our stay.

It was located right on the river in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was very quaint. You could walk to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was finally getting to see a huge black bear!
