Great place for families

This property was the perfect size for our family of 9. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained without having to pack extras for them. Plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms aren’t huge, but we didn’t stay in very much anyways. Perfect distance to town and easy access to the house. You still get the mountain feel without having to travel up a ton of winding, narrow roads. We would def stay here again!

Overall Great Experience

This was an overall great trip. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call the morning of my trip from Ian. He was very kind and wanted to assure us that the property was ready for us and also for us not to hesitate if we encountered any issues. Thankfully we did not have any issues with the place. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and ready for me and my family to relax after a long day walking around Dollywood. It was not very far from Pigeon Forge and maybe 10 minutes away from most attractions inside Gatlinburg. I would definitely look into staying here again.

The accommodation is for 10 people but the amminities are four.

Overall experience wasn't pleasant. When asked about the addition supplies the manager told us to wash towels and dishes often to makeup for the less amenities. Not enough blankets, outside properties wasn't clean. Blinds were broken and needed replaced. A rocking chair broke and my son fell and hit his head. The two rockers are rotten. Leafs piles on porches and not discarded. Its obvious that it's a buildup and not gathered for discard.

Christmas Crew 2022

Deciding to have a destination Christmas was a wonderful idea. Choosing this property was the icing on the cake!!! The location was close to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic property, close to downtown Gatlinburg!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Perfect for the 3 adults and 4 kids. Enough rooms and space for everyone to be together and also have their own space. We have never stayed on this side of Gatlinburg but because of this stay we prob always stay on this side and would rent this cabin again. The property manager was communicative from beginning to end, trying to make sure we had the best stay we could have. Mission accomplished!

Vacation Eagle Nest

Very nice inside. The pool sticks were broken and could included waffle maker & gas grill. Cabin was located a great location outside was all wooden area and the driveway was very steep. Plus no hot tub but we knew all these outsise things before booking. Enjoyed our stay overall. Tina

Fun Vacation

We had a fun stay. The steepness of the steps in the rental were not appropriate for our family. Also the main level was up stairs so that needs to be noted. Minimal storage space in bedrooms and bathrooms to unpack but we made it work. The outdoor patio was a great way to get out in the nice temperatures. Overall, We had a fun trip.
