Welcome to Woodland Bearadise! Built in 2018 this charming chalet is located in the Mountains of Gatlinburg, TN. This is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath home with a queen size and a king size bed and flat screen TV's in each room. The Living room is beautifully furnished with luxurious leather furniture, a sleeper sofa, cable TV, cozy gas fireplace and just all around comfort. WI-FI is also provided throughout the home. Spacious kitchen offers all the modern conveniences, refrigerator with ice maker, full-size range with oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker crock pot, and toaster. Dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware are also provided for your convenience. Need to wash clothes no problem! Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Enjoy your cup of coffee sitting on the porch while taking in the beautiful wooded view along with the sounds of nature. Our goal is that your experience at Woodland Bearadise is comfortable and relaxing! We have the perfect location, just 3 miles above Gatlinburg and short drive to Pigeon Forge. As part of the Chalet Villages our guest have access to three club houses, each with a pool and tennis courts. The North Club house is less then 1/2 mile from Woodland Bearadise and features two large pools and a kids pool. There are also lighted tennis courts, a Foosball table and Ping Pong table. The pools are open from Memorial day to Labor day. Tennis courts are open year round. Please no smoking. Check In is 4pm and Check Out is at 11am (unless special arrangements have been made). Pools & Club House The pools of Chalet Village will open Memorial Day weekend. For the month of June the pools will be operating at 50% capacity. The tennis courts will be open as usual. The Fitness Center and Clubhouses will be closed. Towards the end of June Chalet Villages will reevaluate the situation and announce how they will proceed for the rest of the summer. It's very close to all Gatlinburg attractions and just a short 45 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The home is neat and very clean. Best of all were the FIVE bear sightings (watched safely from the porch or inside). Our kids enjoyed the neighborhood pool (which has an amazing view)! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, and pans. I'm only giving 4 stars because I can't give a 4.5\. The only reason for this is that the sheets were scratchy and the towels were very small. If you're into nice linens, you might want to bring your own. This property is perfectly nestled in between both tourist destinations and offers a country feel with the city amenities available. If you're not used to steep curves then you should bring dramamine to help with motion sickness. Also, be careful of the bears in the area because they are sneaky little guys, but did not appear aggressive toward people. The two we saw just mosied up the driveway very silently. Dishes were available to use a well as pots and pans. The Chalet is in the perfect location for a gatlinburg stay. Close enough for the downtown activities however far enough away to be able to enjoy the quiet and peaceful mountains. We love to hike and this location was centrally located for all of the popular hikes the smokey mountains has to offer. House was also very clean. We had a couple of questions and got responses from the owners within minutes of asking the questions. If in the area i would definitely recommend staying here. Bears frequent this area (we saw 4 during our 8 night stay) so thats another plus to see them go about their business in their natural habitat. ##### Amit P.
