"Hotel a oblast jsme si vybrali s dětmi 4 a 5 let kvůli wellness a herně ve spojení s možností lyžování. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché. Velmi děkujeme za krásné prostředí ve kterém jsme mohli ztrávit Vánoce."

"Alrhough it wasn’t in the center of Salzburg, I think we made the right choice to stay here! It was so lovely! The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "
