« Excellent séjour dans un chalet très agréable et bien décoré. Juste une difficulté de check-in résolu grâce à l'aide du restaurant d'en face (pas de téléphone personnel utilisable aux USA). Une cafetière aurait été la bienvenue. Le restaurant (Rustler's inn) était top. Hébergement à 15mn de Bryce canyon. Très bon séjour. »

« Great cabin. The host was amazing, and even let us check in a little early. Sent someone right over when we couldn't figured out the hot tub controls. Everyone loved the game room, the hot tub, the awesome tubs in the bathrooms. The massage chair was awesome. TVs in every bedroom, including the game room. Loved the fire pit, and the fact that there was wood. My kids loved that there were sleds, but there was no snow. I was kinda sad that we didn't need to build a fire in the house, because that...

"Le personnel est agréable, serviable et compétent, qu’il s’agisse des hôtesses d’accueil à la réception ou des femmes/hommes de ménage. L’hôtel est idéalement placé par rapport à Bryce Canyon. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées mais aussi un aspect un peu suranné qui demanderait quelques travaux de refraichissement. Nous y reviendrons une troisième fois. "
