"The 7 am start time for breakfast is a little late. Most places start at 6 am."

"The game room was SO fun! One thing we really appreciated was having big gathering spaces, tons of tables in the kitchen for large family meals, and tons of sofas in the lounging room, and everywhere else. It was a great stay! Our host was responsive to our questions about weather conditions (winter in Bear Lake can be a thing) and we loved staying at this beautiful property!"

"This house is a dream. Plenty of room for our group of 33. It’s HUGE! The kids loved the play area in the basement and the guys enjoyed watching football in the theater. We were able to get groceries on our way in and we cooked at least one meal everyday. Everything you need is there. The view can not be beat. It’s breathtaking. This was our first time to Bear Lake and we hope we can return one day. We enjoyed the small community and family owned restaurants. We did have trouble controlling the temp in the house but it is a large space. Also, the dryer on the main floor did not work but we notified the owner. He was extremely nice and even accommodated a late check out. "

"The space was perfect for our family. The kids played downstairs with plenty of room. We were able to all eat together at the same time. We loved the tables (especially playing games). The beds were comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond with any little question we had. It is a beautiful place where we just relaxed during the Christmas holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! "
