« The staff was polite and helpful The hotel is very clean and pretty Rooms were clean; bathroom is dated but clean Hot breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit choices. Plenty of seating, plenty of drink choices and hot coffee! The BEST PART: if you’re there for a Michigan game, they have a shuttle that runs two hours before the game, every 15 minutes to the stadium for $1.50 per person (bring exact change)....

"Hotel sans aucun service, j'arrive personne pour m'aider a sortir mes valises du taxi, personne pour ouvrir les portes, on rentre dans un sas pour enfin découvrir le lobby... pas de téléphone dans la chambre d hotel pour demander le code du wifi qui marche pas bien, hotel avec des rideaux qui ne couvrent pas la totalité des fenêtres donc le matin on a le jour dans la chambre, matelas qui est tres mou, on est a coté du métro donc toute la nuit il y a bruit terrible...pas de petit déjeuner...il faut eviter cet établissement"
