« Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel »

« Das war ein langer Aufenthalt für mich. Ich arbeite in Maryland und wohne in North Carolina. Elizabeth ist einfach die Beste! Fernanda und Lovetee sorgen für gute Stimmung. « The room was clean and comfortable with somewhat a smell and lacking in amenities. The kitchen fan and light did not work, and no utensils, glasses, pots, etc. The kitchen was completely empty except for two disposable cups- not even a coffee machine. The front desk tried to charge extra for room cleaning. »

« Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay. »

« Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay. »

« Mignon petit appartement très calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec de magnifiques maisons (il faut se promener autour). L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir National Mall (à quelques stations de métro) Idéal pour un couple en voyage pour quelques jours. Les propriétaires sont discrets (ils habitent en haut) et répondent rapidement. Nous étions avec nos enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui dormaient dans le divan-lit juste à côté du lit. Ce dernier est un peu bruyant (quand les enfants bougent)....
