Pack n' Play) ▻ Hangout outside on the stylish Porch ▻ This downstairs, single floor space is all yours! The Space: The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 40-minute drive)! This newly-built, concept-designed home features a bright King Bed Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, an additional King Bed bedroom, a Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bath. You'll also find a pullout sofa and two rollaway beds. With 7 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in total. Bonus: Pack n Play for an infant! Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. There is also a desk for shooting off those emails from home! Everything in the home is brand new--boutique Prairie-themed design, granite countertops, hard floors, Gigabit WiFi, and large LED TVs in every room with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.! We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary! You'll be assigned one designated parking spot in addition to free street parking all around the home. Guest Access: Full access to the home, it's all yours and only yours! Enjoy full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. One assigned parking space + free street parking all around. The Neighborhood: Located in Gainesville's Historic Pleasant Street neighborhood. Within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the O'connel Center. Grocery stores and parks all nearby. The NW section of campus has a lot of older homes, but this place is new, modern, and absolutely gorgeous. They provide everything, including bath soap and shampoo. Hosts were absolutely amazing. This is by far the best home we have rented since coming to UF volleyball camp over the past 5 years. The swing on the front porch is so perfect for early morning and there is even a donut shop right across the street even if it has a terrible name "flatfish donuts." The donuts were really good and perfect with morning beverage and swing. Beds were super comfy, towels actually plush and not the cheap walmart ones. Loved the thought process behind location and the charm of the home. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of lights on the street to feel safe coming home in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and rooms were good size. Host was quick to respond, would definitely stay again if need arises. Overall, house is located in nice area with plenty of parking and listing is accurate. Two things that can be improved upon for our family needs: 1\. The floors were dirty! Within 10 minutes of my son walking around barefoot in the house, his feet were 100% black! Even my mother-in-laws socks turned gray/black walking around. While floors "look" clean, there is surface dust/grime. Otherwise, the rest of the house is clean. 2\. The house has a few stairs to get to porch to get to the front door. The stairs do not have any type of hand railing and it was hard for my mother-in-law to get up them without assistance. Nice place and will consider staying here in future. ##### Marci B.
