"This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on...

"Everything about the property was great except the fact that no one could watch TV because the internet was out. Not the host fault but did make for a boring stay while we were there. Aside from that we had absolutely no complaints! It was a beautiful house!"

"My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!"

"Great place for the family to hangout and spend quality time. We love our games and it was fun to play cornhole, pool and foosball. We also brought cards and games of our own and they had good tables to play on. Nice size dining room table for eating together."

"This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!!"

The space was perfect for our extended family and we enjoyed being able to rest, relax, and visit during our stay. The house had everything we needed for the trip. Perfect place to celebrate a celebrate a special occasion close to campus. Communication with the host was especially good - he helped us out and made the stay special. Highly recommended."
