"We had a sweet stay at Francoise's place. It had everything we needed for a few nights in Cassis. While it was further out of town that we originally thought, it was a beautiful walk in (around 45 mins), and a very easy drive to the port area of Cassis, and most importantly, to the national park for the Calanques. Francoise made checking in and out a breeze. We had everything we needed and we were encouraged to reach out for anything. All in all, a great spot!"

"The property has everything you will need. For myself personally although dogs are welcome on looking houses have dogs which when let out did bark quite a bit which prevented letting our dog out for periods of time. The family are very welcoming and the father spoke very good English."

"We had an amazing family reunion at Domaine de la Citerne. The host was wonderful and the house was fantastic ! Everything one would need to have a great relaxing weekend was thought of and we spent much time at the house hanging out and relaxing by the pool using the grill. We’ve never stayed at a house so well equipped and would love to stay again."

No dishwasher tablets or detergents for washing machine (not even for 1 wash). No garbage bags - we needed to buy our own. No key in the toilet, so it was kinda stressing making poo. "We loved the view from the home. If you sit up in bed you can see the Mediterranean. The home had what we needed and was comfortable. The walk down to the house was a little rough with luggage and definitely hard for anyone with mobility challenges. It is a really cool property with terraced stairs down to sea access. "We are a family of 7 - two teens, two adult children plus one partner and two parents -the house was perfect for our group, lots of space inside and out, beautifully presented and the pool and outside eating areas are really nice and convivial. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and although this is their home, there is plenty of space to unpack and settle in. A trip into Aix is recommended. "

"The owner Marianne, and her husband, were so nice to allow us to check in 2 hours early. They gave us produce from their garden to use in our home cooked meals. The weather was extremely hot (95-100 F) during our visit and they request the air conditioning be off when you leave the house, but because part of the house is underground, it does not get hot induce too quickly.
