"Honestly, if I wasn’t a Hilton Club member, I’d never go back to a Hilton brand hotel. The staff was preoccupied on their phones when we had questions. The blinds in our room were broke. The garbage cans in our room and the hotel overflowing. The water pressure in our shower was a trickle. Our room was never made up and we had to ask for clean towels. Customer service was extremely poor. This hotel is a poor representation of the Hilton brand and quite frankly, I was shocked at the lack of concern about the condition of our room and the overall appearance of the hotel and property. Also, I did grab some fruit at the breakfast bar, the apple and banana were both rotten. Totally disgusting."

"Great hotel while visiting the area for a sporting event. Nice clean room, very spacious. Good breakfast. Typical of Holiday Inn Express. Close to restaurants and shopping. Thank you !!"

"Staff very welcoming and it was the first time staying here. A full sized refrigerator and 2 burner stove as well as a microwave. Really nice but you must bring your. Own utensils and cookware. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. I will be back in the area in a couple months and have already reserved the room "

"Have stayed here many times while visiting Delaware when our daughter was attending Ohio Wesleyan University. Super convenient only a 5 minite drive away. Hotel staff is always polite, friendly and super helpful. Hotel is clean & rooms are decent size. Rooms are always clean & well maintained. Can use some upgrades & water pressure in shower can be a bit better but a good choice if looking for an inexpensive decent hotel in Delaware area. Also good if you have a pet."

"It was a cheap room for the night. But the Recliner, in the room was all jacked up when you reclined in it all slanted to the right side. The room had a weird smell to it.When I first walked in. In the top blanket, it was on the bed, had a burn hole in it."
