Wonderful location. Close to mrt station, restaurants, bakery, 7 eleven, family mart and small Carrefour store. Room can be made / cleaned every day. Air con works, had a room with separate bath tub and shower cubicle. No hot water issues. Free bottles of water and snacks in room daily and free snacks and hot and cold drinks in basement. Free massage chair and play area with free pc and console for older kids. Would definitely book again if going back to Taipei.

They have got an excellent restaurant for impressive dinner menu and an amazing variety of breakfast. Both the public and private bath in the room were amazing. Since we have stayed 2 nights at the hotel, we get to try different onsen there (they swap the female and male onsen area every night). The location is also very close to the metro station with a number of restaurants nearby.

Out of season there are amenities that are closed. Only one restaurant is open seven days a week. Service at the restaurant ther than at breakfast was lacking. nice in room hot spring water to a generous 2 people tub. A/C is great, precheckin tea and snacks was nice. could use a in-hotel bar. wife loved the rooftop public bath for women, I did not try mens side as i was content with inroom soaking.
