"Bathroom sink was very small and shower was worn and old. There was no hot water for showering. Barely warm temperature all 3 days. The lighting was very dim. Would be nice to have better lighting over long mirror. No handheld mirror in bathroom. Staff was very welcoming and friendly when checking in. "

"Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. We wore shoes in the shower. Would never stay here again. Bus service was okay but often leaves early so just be aware and always be at stop at least 5 minutes early. "

"One of the biggest selling points for us was how close it is to the parks — it’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the front gates. When you’re traveling with a toddler and all the gear that comes with that, proximity really matters, and this location made getting to and from the parks much easier. We reserved a room with a king bed, and when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was. The extra space ended up being incredibly helpful for our family of three. Traveling with a toddler means bringing a lot of extras — a pack-n-play, stroller, bags, snacks, and all the little accessories that seem to multiply when you’re away from home. Having a spacious room meant we could comfortably set up the pack-n-play for our son while still having plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. It made a big difference compared to some hotel rooms where everything feels squeezed together. Our room was located on the bottom floor near the stairs. At first, I was a little concerned about the location because it was also close to the main entrance to the hotel. I was worried we might hear people constantly going up and down the stairs or coming in and out of the building, especially early in the morning or late at night. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. The room was actually very quiet during our stay. We didn’t notice much "

"Our stay at the Tropicana was very good. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds. Not a lot of room aside from the furniture but, it was fine for the amount of time spent in the room. The staff are very friendly. The bedding and surfaces were clean. The only issue we had with cleanliness was the carpet. I put on light colored socks that I had never worn before and after walking around a bit on the carpet, they were noticeably dirty. I guess direct access to the outdoors may cause that but, it was a bit disappointing. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and you can't ask for a much better location. We had an adjoining room and we could easily hear our neighbors. We could also hear the plumbing, footsteps and others using their washroom. The mini fridge was excellent and kept our beverages nice and cold and the microwave worked perfectly. The room had plenty of outlets but, none had built in USB so, be sure to bring adapters. The beds are a bit hard but, overall, the room was good and comfortable and I would stay there again."

"Overall it was alright. When I first got there the room was pretty clean. As I went to look closer, the bed sheets had black dirty marks & a yellow stain. Told the front about it they came to check it out and change it right away. The shower had a bit of hair around. The bathroom floor was pretty dirty it had shoe marks all over and seemed as no one had mopped for a while. The area it self wasn’t bad its close by a lot of fast food restaurants, Walmart, target so it was pretty convenient to stay there. I would say the 4 things that did bother me was the cleanliness, the housekeeping, the parking area & the door. The housekeeper would come at random times of the day not a set time for each day I was were there. The first day she came around noon she knocked once & I yelled “I’m going” she then proceeded to use the master key to get in but realized I was in there trying to change. She apologized but why try to get in after only knocking once & hearing me say I’m going… next, is the door. The door was very wobbly & it closed and locked but it wouldn’t closed all the way it looked as it was a bit broken. Now, the parking area was very hard to find a spot. It was very very limited parking spots. The first night I as rough to find a spot but eventually find one after going area for about 10-12 mins looking for one & the cleanliness could’ve been better tbh but it wasn't bad for a standard room for 4 nights pretty ok. "
