"Staff great, hotel lovely, room nice - actual room was boiling constantly which impacted our sleep due to no working temp control in room and reception said they’d sort it but it did not seem to make a difference. "

"Great location, close to everything and walkable to all major attractions. Room is on the spacious side compared to the other hotels on my trip. Super useful to have a kitchen with microwave as food in oslo can be expensive. The only downside is that the shower and sink drain super slow. You can't shower for more than a couple of minutes or else you are flooding the shower."

"This was the 4th time staying at The Saga over the past 6 years. We love the updated lobby and bar. Slightly disappointed that there were a few shortcuts in the room - no lotion, dedicated bath wash or Kleenex. The breakfast, while adequate and delicious, was less abundant than before. This hotel cost more than others in the area that we stayed at that had the full and ample niceties. Hope this helps to encourage the hotel about these little things."
