We were mostly happy with the property. The appliances were fairly new, and the place was generally clean. However, we did notice a few minor issues — some hair in the guest bedroom and on a throw in the hall, a torn comforter, no extra toilet paper, and a broken ironing board. We emailed the property manager to document these concerns but never received a response.

Frisco townhouse

Quick visit to town to finalize wedding arrangements. Condo was convenient to everything and just right for us. Check in and out was very easy. Communication with property manager was also easy.We would definitely stay here again.

Colorado Getaway!

Property is easily accessible and close to Dillon Silverthorne and Breckenridge. We enjoyed our stay! Clean well maintained property. I had a couple of questions and management responded very promptly.

No towels

There were no towels in the main floor bathroom, and the tiles in the showers were cracked/broken. Also, the shower lining curtain has a big hole in it. Found clean towels in the dryer in our last day. So housekeeping is t great, but the location and property were fine.

Good location, mostly comfortable stay

This condo is in good condition and in a good location. The furniture was of good quality. The communication with management was good. The hot tub and pool are a nice addition, although the hot tub felt way too hot. What was missing are things that can be easily remedied- there were no Kleenex boxes at all, no towels in the kitchen and no towels in the downstairs bathroom, and no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen trash can is very cheap did not open with the foot pedal, and some light bulbs need to be replaced throughout the unit. The fireplace did not work properly. Overall a good place to stay, but it could be better.

Very decent stay

This is a very nice place with all rhe amenities expected. There were som hickups, no layndry soap, laundry left in the dryer, and some benefits salt and pepper & other spices, full kitchen with the necessary tools and consumables.

The condo was super close to the resorts outside Denver, was clean, and check in was super easy. Would recommend! The garage was great to have and my friends, family and I enjoyed our stay.

The property was very nice, we had a good time. I would come back. I would have liked to have more information about the condo amenities, such as the pool. I would also have preferred the total cost of the condo to be displayed in the overall cost when looking at the per night costs.

Ski vacation

Property was as described. Very clean and a perfect location for skiing at various resorts. Garage was a great addition. Nice to not have to brush the snow off of the car before leaving in the morning. My daughter and her husband loved the hot tub at the community center.

Condo was as described in listing. There are about a dozen stairs as soon as you enter condo to take you to the second floor-- kitchen, dining area and living room. Enjoyed having the garage, and the location was close to Walmart and Safeway.

Amazing Trip

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. Condo was just like it was described on VRBO. Very clean and close to all scenic attractions. We even got the use of two bikes; which was very nice. Lots of bike paths close by the condo. Beautiful weather and beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Frisco Townhouse

This is a lovely townhouse, conveniently located to town and bike trails. A cozy feel, very clean, quiet and well stocked. The added bonus was the 2 car garage. It was great to store our bikes out of the rain. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Comfortable Condo in a Great Location

We loved this location with the easy access to the bike/walking path around Dillion Lake and a nice stroll along the path into Frisco. It's also super close to Whole Foods, Basecamp Wine and Spirits and Pure Kitchen, all of which we took advantage during our stay. The condo itself was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated that an extra propane tank was at the ready in case we ran out while grilling. We have found that this is not always the case with rentals and we have run out mid-way through cooking in the past so this was a nice touch. I also want to commend the Evolve Team. They were very responsive. We had a couple plumbing issues and they were taken care of very quickly with no interruption of our enjoyment. We will definitely stay again.
