The back patio door would latch and was broken, the outdoor furniture was very dated and dirty, the pool was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was dog poop everywhere in the back yard. I bought these things to the hosts attention and had to send pictures multiple times and all they said is that it was normal ware and tare and that they would not send a cleaner out. Very unhappy with that experience!
