"Room was clean. Unfinished repairs on wall and ceiling. No frills/extras. Sofa in room and furniture in hall were worn and dirty. Good price."

"Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water passes. 70 x 6=420 is alot so we paid almost twice as much from not booking straight with the resort. The only good this was the staff of 2 at the waterpark. We will not be using expedia any time in the future. I feel some type of refund is necessary. "

"Outside in the back of the property, a group of cars were having a tail gate party and were smoking weed. When we came into the lobby to check in, the entire lobby smelled liked heavy weed. Thankfully our room was nice and clean. "

"The breakfast ends at 9am on the weekend which is insane breakfast should be 10am on weekend no one wants to wake up early on a weekend. "

"The pool was closed and we were charged an amenity fee for the pool and gym, but we couldn’t use the pool so why the fee? The room did not have a blackout curtain so we had to get a different room, then our keys didn’t work and we had to be let into the room and we were told our keys would work in an hour, possibly, so we couldn't leave the room or we may not have gotten back in, avoid for now and let them fix everything first. Our holtel room appeared to be dark. The curtins dont close to well Had to use clips to make sure they were closed. "
