« Lovely small hotel on the ocean. Try and get a front room with a balcony and ocean view. It does have a lot of steps to climb to the reception in the rooms. All areas were spotlessly clean and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated just inside White Town / French quarter and it was easy to walk to all the sites. »

« Nice enough rooms. Basic but fine. Good location. Dont expect a view unless you book a room with a balcony. The thing that makes this such a good hotel is Marc on reception. He was outstanding in his manner and helpfulness. Really helpful suggesting places to visit or eat, and helped arrange our onward travel. »

D'une manière générale l'hôtel est bien entretenu mais l'accumulation de petits détails pourtant très simples à régler (un robinet à resserer, un volet à revisser, une ampoule à changer, etc) donne une légère impression de laisser aller. C'est dommage car un simple tournevis suffitrait à gommer ces petits défauts. Le principal regret est la taille des lits simples, beaucoup trop courts et trop...

Elderly mother and myself had severe food poisoning and they got us medicines, even came to the room to check on us.
Their breakfast is fresh daily cooked meals.

« We extended our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is a great location for a walkable distance to the French quarter as well as a number of restaurants.
The breakfast is simple but good. Ceiling fan and air conditioner keep the room cold. A water kettle and cups are also available in the room as well as basic toiletries.
Worth a stay. Lovely building and rooms. The wala need some fresh paint, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. »
