We loved the super close proximity to the beach. Everyone loved tge deck with its amazing ocean views and comfortable seating. All the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fully equipped- even had a blender! The outdoor shower was particularly helpful to rinse the children off. This house is super close to the pedestrian beach with a great patio. With smaller kids, it was more relaxing to stay where we didn’t need to worry about cars on the beach. Growing up close to surfside, we have stayed at many beach houses but this was definitely a favorite. Often the houses smell of mold and the tap water is yellow with an awful smell. The tap water here was so much better and the bottled water machine was a huge plus for drinking water. Kat was such a great host with prompt instructions and responses. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The kids and adults all had plenty of space. The only thing is that the BBQ pit could be replaced. Otherwise, all positives from us. The sand pit under the house made a great place to hangout in the shade. It would have been even better if the swing could be hung to face the sand pit play area. ##### Tom C. Just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect! Everyone enjoyed themselves and we (almost) had enough room for everyone. We barbecued, roasted marshmallows, and walked on the jetty.
