Fredericton, New Brunswick Hotel Rooms at the Independent

Had business to do in Fredericton...the hotel is conveniently located and the included breakfast was appreciated and saved us time (and money) getting out early to attend to our business. We have stayed at the Inn on other occasions . The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Close to everything needed while staying away from home. Close to a lovely body of water for those who enjoy a good morning or evening jog.

I stayed at the Riverside Resort and Conference Centre for one night, as a birthday celebration for my friends little girl (who is basically a niece), I don't get to see her often, as we live in different provinces so I decided to drive up and take her for a girls night. The morning of our arrival, she ended up burning up with a fever. Our room was equipped with a tub but no plug, so I couldn't use it to try and make her feel better. We went to the front desk to see if they had any extras, the lady mentioned that all rooms should be equipped with one, but since ours wasn't, she moved us to another room immediately. Later that night I ended up having to go to the hospital because the fever was not getting any better. When we arrived back from the hospital the lady at the front desk was very attentive and had a long conversation with "my niece" (who was feeing better by this point) at 1:00am and nicely explained to her that she could not go to the pool right now and that she needed to go to bed for a few hours before it opened. Other than the fact that the staff were amazing, the property was beautiful. They have lots to do for kids; playground, pool, walking trails. Their restaurant prices were great, we had pizza for supper which was $15 for a large, and we each had a full breakfast (eggs, bacon and Hashbrowns) for $13. The rooms are a little outdated, but very clean. Highly recommended!

Hi every one, I have been for a week at Fredericton on business trip. So this hotel/motel was a cheapest stay in the area, book it for 4 nights and ones I have arrived the outside look of it was not appealing to me that its a proper place to stay. I got it for a night to check it out and then I end up staying till end of my businesses trip in Fredericton. I got room 108. queen bed, matrass is good quality ( have bad back so I know difference ) the bed sheets are white and freshly crispy, room have new windows, laminate, fridge, small TV. I have to say thank you to a Staff of this hotel for quality service provided. Mikhail

Gagetown is a charming place, with good restaurants and interesting crafts. The Mission house is an historical building, fully renovated and comfortable.

Great experience, very nice & clean room. Would definetly stay here again. Charlie & Ana Charlotte NC

Pleasant stay for two nights. Close to downtown and shopping for staples.

The Lang House is a quiet place to stay. The owners are very nice and accomodating and the rooms are very clean.
