"Le ménage est a revoir, la brosse pour nettoyer les WC était pleine d'excrément !! Le frigo était très sale. Globalement, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais cet hôtel ne mérite aucunement 5 étoiles (peut être 3 a tout cassé). Nous avons l'habitude de voyer dans des hotel "haut de gamme" c'est bien la première fois que nous voyons ca. Pas de portier, pas de chaussons ??! Il faudrait vraiment revoir l'insonorisation, un hotel "5 étoile" à coté d'une gare ca pardonne pas, entre le crissement des trains sur les rails et les annonces de la gare, on aurait pu croire qu'on dormait dans le hall de gare. Sans compter que dès que quelqu'un marche dans le couloir ses pas résonne dans la chambre, à croire que soit les gens marchent comme des hippopotame ou alors tout est beaux en surface mais tout est très fin. Bref c'est Joli, c'est confortable, le personnel est sympa, mais passé votre chemin si vous voulez dormir. "
