« My husband and I had such a wonderful 3-day stay over the New Years holiday. The location can't be beat with tons of restaurants just out of the building door and walkable everything in the center of downtown. The unit is adorable with a great set up and a pretty cool panoramic view of the city market / mooresquare park end of DT. The unit was clean and comfy with toiletry baskets in both bathrooms that included a supply of towels and cloths which was a nice touch. Communication and check-in was...

« This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out. »

« This was a cute little basement studio apartment really close to everything in Raleigh. We were in town for a funeral and family gathering and we also spent one night out in downtown Raleigh. Every place we went was less than a 10 minute drive from the rental. The host was responsive and helpful and we had no issues during our stay. »

« House was amazing. Very nice decor. Everything was amazing. Walking distance to a lot of bars and downtown life. When we arrived early in the morning, we discovered that both of our rooms had been overbooked apparently due to the "no show" Even worse, our reservation was for two nights, but we were unable to get a room for the second night either. Very disappointed and extremely unsatisfied with the service."
