Chalets à Franklin

« Very clean, friendly staff, easy to find and lovely setting with lots of fun amenities. »

« While the exterior looks fine at first glance, our two-night stay was ruined by poor maintenance, poor cleanliness, and front desk errors. Inside the room, the comforter and sheets had dark brown streaks and stains. The carpet felt dirty and had visible runs. The exterior door wasn’t sealed properly, letting sunlight—and potentially pests—in around the edges. In the bathroom, mold in the shower had simply been painted over and was already bleeding back through, and the rusted bathtub drain...

« The place was very clean and neat. I sent the host a message and mentioned that maybe they could put a toaster in the kitchen , because if pple are doing breakfast they might want toast.Well shortly after that a toaster was delivered to the property. Great host to deal with »

« Enjoyed! Exactly what we needed. Had some changes ( after booking before arriving ) that were easily handled due to the simplicity and quickness of getting in touch with the owner. We will be back! »

« This property was very peaceful and serene. Lovely lake views from main floor and upstairs. We opened the shades upstairs at night so we could see the lake when we woke up each morning. It was absolutely lovely. »

« Location and cleanliness is excellent. Was disappointed there is not an actual table with chairs to sit and eat a meal. The high table with small flimsy stools is inadequate and uncomfortable. Also, sofa is terribly uncomfortable. »

« Overall, it was a good rental. The place itself, clean and roomy. Full kitchen which I didn’t take advantage of. It was quiet and peaceful. There is someone living above but the very occasional floor thumping (not loud or late) was not an issue. Good stuff. - location was perfect for me. If you want to explore downtown, it’s perfect. Casey’s is a minute away by car for coffee and gas. Corer both for breakfast is a 2 minute walk. Nothing special food wise but certainly decent. - it is roomy and...

« Was really good place to stay »

« Second time I've stayed there. Its a nice place »

« Very good place to stay very good area located »

« The unit was set up really nice, but as soon as we walked in you could tell people have had pets in there dog hair and animal smell was pretty strong, then later that night we realized there was only 1 pillow and no blanket for spare bed,, so we had to go to town and purchase items before we could turn in for the night. I think with a little more effort put into the cleaning this would be a great place for anyone to stay. »

« Lovely location with a beautiful view of the river. Very comfortable beds and sitting area. Wished we could have stayed longer -- looking forward to future visit! »

« Loved the view. Place was beautiful sitting out back. Enjoyed the ducks coming up. Only complaint i really have is we got there maybe 15 mins early n wasnt able to get in. Never had a vrbo not let me in a lil early but the host was reachable n offered to unlock. Even got a deal on another night! Would definitely book again! »

« House was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed The host was very nice and responded quickly. Liked the vintage style of the house and it was in a good location. »
