« Lady was rude when I tried to check in at 140pm. She said that I would have to pay an extra $20 for the 1 hour and 20 minutes because check in was at 3pm. There were no cars in the parking lot so it was not as if they were busy. I have checked in there before, twice, around that time and was not required to pay extra. She had a bad attitude. However the male desk attedant that worked the next day is always very nice and accommodating. »
