Rude and crumbling.

Air conditionar didn't work. Sanitary shower was broken. The door didn't lock properly. The pillows smelt of the hundred people who stayed there before. The sheets smelt of something nasty, probably the chemical they used to try and kill the bed bugs, didn't seem like it was effective. The bar staff varied between disinterested, uncourteous and in the case of the one with ridiculous make-up - obnoxious. Seemed like all the stafff, infact most people in the area who work with tourists feel themselves superior to the tourists from whom they make a living, Unlike people in the rest of Brazil the people in Foz do Iguacu seem very rude.

O café da manhã é bem variado, mas alguns demora um pouquinho a repor as coisas. Limpeza eu achei ok. Mas o box do banheiro estava bem manchado. Piscina é muito boa, enorme. Atendimento muito bom do pessoal do bar. Super simpáticos. No geral achei o custo benefício muito bom

Café da manhã é uma maravilha com muitas opções

Hotel bem amplo, com uma piscina maravilhosa, que não pudemos desfrutar por causa do frio e chuvas em junho. Fica numa longa avenida, há 15km do aeroporto, mas com poucas opções de restaurantes, bares e comércio. O Shopping mais próximo fica a 1km numa linha reta que dá pra ir a pé. Os quartos são bem amplos, assim como o banheiro, com cama macia e lençóis e toalhas trocados todos os dias. Pessoal da recepção e limpeza são super prestativos. Café da manhã é uma maravilha com muitas opções e variedades de doces pra todos os gostos. Se você quiser ainda preparam uma tapioca na hora, bem quentinha, com vários sabores. Adorei a de côco. No saguão do Hotel tem lojinhas com vendas de lembrançinhas e uma agência de passeios que facilita a vida. Foi com eles que comprei no cartão de crédito os passeios para Cataratas do Iguaçu, translado pra compras no Paraguai e Argentina. No hotel ainda há um restaurante no piso inferior. Porém se você for jantar lá, se prepare para pagar caro. Os preços das bebidas e comida são proibitivos. É melhor pegar um carro de aplicativo e ir para o centro da cidade, onde há muitos restaurantes e bares bem legais. Pontos negativos do hotel. Talvez por causa da época, o cheiro de mofo no quarto era intenso. Como fui em junho peguei 11 graus e passei frio, pois o quarto não tem aquecedor. Tirar a roupa pra tomar banho num tempo assim é um martírio. O quarto, também, não tem tomada pra carregar celular na cabeceira da cama. No geral super recomendo o hotel,

Instalações um pouco antigas, o ar condicionado do quarto era antigo e não tinha muita potência.. nem dias mais quentes, acabamos sentindo que a temperatura ficava mais quente que o desejado. Quarto confortável, camas boas, café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento muito bom também.
