"I am not sure how this property received an 8.2. When I pulled up, I wasn’t even sure if I was at the right place or that it was even open. It was grown-up and there was no signage and a few scattered cars in the parking lot. Initially the room looked clean enough, but there were several areas where it didn’t look vacuumed. Some yucky black stuff hanging off the shower door and then there was the blood stains. We got in late so I did not notice the blood stains until the next morning in the sunlight. Several stains on the pillow and on the sheets as if someone have been bleeding on their face. I went down that morning and asked for the sheets to be changed only to come back late again and noticethe blood stains still there. They simply came in and remade the bed. When I went down again and told them the next morning, they did change the sheets that day. One thing that concerned me was the fact that the blood stains on the pillow case and sheets matched, which tells me they simply washed those sheets and put them back on. The reason why that concerns me is it shows that no one is staying at this hotel. Normally all of the sheets would be put together and the likelihood of the pillowcases and sheet matching up exactly is highly unlikely. Truth is I can’t even guarantee that the blood was not fresh and maybe was never even laundered."

"We stayed at this resort to celebrate my son’s birthday, and overall we had a great experience. This is actually my second visit—the first time was when it was known as “Liki Tiki,” and now under Hilton it still remains a beautiful resort. The kids had an amazing time, which made the trip very special for us. We booked a three-bedroom suite with connecting doors, and the setup worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the resort appeared clean and well-maintained. The water park was enjoyable, and the pool staying open until 11 was a nice bonus. Check-out was also smooth and easy, which we appreciated. The only concern I had was with the kitchen area, which was not as clean as expected. I noticed breadcrumbs and food residue on the counters and dining area, which could definitely be improved. One thing to be aware of is the vacation club presentation they try to offer upon arrival. We weren’t interested, but for guests staying more than a couple of days, it might be worth listening since they mention perks like a cruise or gift card incentives. Despite a few minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay, and the kids had a wonderful birthday experience."

"Property is very large so lots of walking or calling for a ride. We were on the bottom floor next to the rode so sleeping was tough. We liked the main pool and the staff at Tiki Bar were top rate and very kind. Second bathroom the toilet had no hardware. Called office and they were there to fix it quickly but how does a maid who so called clean the place not notice that."
