"This was a super cute place, set along a quaint pond. We arrived late but check in materials were set out for us. Our chalet was cozy and well appointed. We appreciated having the laundry in the unit. We were only there for one night, but I feel this would be a better option for a longer stay. "

"The shower handle in the bathroom fell off . The bathroom wall above shower head was peeling/cracked horribly . Behind the nite stand was garbage and Filthy. Paint stains on hallway was awful. This should be checked out. The amount of money we spend for the room was tremendous and the room was horrible. If at all possible we would like a refund of a portion of our stay. If a inspection of property is done you will clearly see what we have mentioned.Thank you."

"Our room was not a deluxe one and did NOT look like the beautiful rooms pictured. Bed was comfortable, location was good, but we expected more, based on pictures and reviews."

"When we arrived at our room the air conditioner was going full blast and our room was freezing. Systems were down so no tv. It was very cool for this time of year and the heater in our room did not work. Bed was nice and cozy. Wasn't impressed by the concrete floors with a cut piece of carpet under the bed only. Shower pressure was low."
