I can’t remember the last time I slept so well at a hotel. The rooms were always clean, the staff was very helpful, parking was never an issue and the proximity to a lot of what downtown had to offer was super accessible. I would recommend to anyone, what a great overall experience.

In general nice, bathroom is clean, towels shampoo. Not noisy, we had a good sleep. Breakfast is good. The location is good, lots of restaurants you can walk to. I liked it. Not luxury, but pretty good for its value. Recommend.

Good value for a property not on the beach. The shelf under the bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate but a slim selection. Once again you get what you pay for so this was still a good value.

I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was great, bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is good and about a 10-15 minute drive to Fort Walton beach and pier depending on traffic. Nice pool also. The only thing I didn't care for was my upstairs neighbors sounded like a heard of elephants every night. The floors sound thin. But other than that it was great.

Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed. They are very good about making sure that you have clean towels every day and taking out your trash. The little convenience store they have in the lobby is fairly priced for the most part compared to other places.

The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying again for our next trip!

Front desk was friendly and efficient. However,...Our room was small and in a corner by ice machine on 3rd floor. I came down right away and asked same person at front desk if I could see another room and she said all rooms are the same size. I knew that wasn't true by the pictures posted on internet but decided not to make it an issue. But must say, I was disappointed in her reply. The room was clean, compacted for a king room but knew would be in and out, so I decided to accept the smaller accommodation for our two-night stay. Everything went well with our stay and YES, I will return. Love the location, easy access to town and beach area.

Had to give a $100 deposit upon check in, but got it right back at check out. Stayed for 2 days with my family and babies a the hotel was quiet, extremely clean and in a great location. There are so many parking spaces. Pool is kinda small, but that is my only complaint.
