This stunning Santa Rosa Sound-front home offers unbeatable views, a private beach area, and a short 8-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you’re here to relax, fish, boat, or explore the Emerald Coast, this home is designed for the perfect getaway!

Arriving at the Home
As you pull into the driveway, you’ll find covered parking beneath the house to keep your car cool. Walk up the stairs, and the moment you step onto the deck, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic water views of the Sound. You will share common area and parking with neighboring fourplex the home is located on the backside of the property on the water.

Inside the Home
Step inside to find a beautifully designed open-concept living space. To the left, the kitchen shines with quartzite countertops and premium appliances, perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. A large island offers extra seating, making it easy to gather for breakfast or drinks after a day at the beach.

Straight ahead, the living room invites you to sink into the plush couches and unwind. Whether you’re enjoying the 65” Roku TV (just log into your favorite streaming accounts) or stepping out onto the outdoor patio for fresh air and waterfront views, this space is all about relaxation.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
    •    To the left side of the home, you’ll find the master bedroom, complete with a king bed, twin bed, and private bathroom. The shower is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day, and while there is a soaking tub, it’s best used as a cool lounge area rather than for hot baths (as it fills slowly).
    •    To the right side of the home, the guest bedroom offers a king bed and a twin bed, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Just outside the room, you’ll find a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower for added convenience and privacy.

Laundry Room
Need to freshen up your beachwear? No worries—there’s a large washer and dryer in the laundry room, making it easy to keep everything clean during your stay.

Outdoor Paradise
Step outside, and you’ll find a small, private beach area right on the Sound, perfect for paddleboarding, fishing, or just soaking in the views. If you’re bringing a boat, there’s a dock on-site that can be rented for an extra fee ($50) per day—just ask for details! If boat parking is not arranged ahead of time and payment is made after arrival, a $100 late payment fee will be added to the total, in accordance with our house rules and payment policy.

• All reservations must be fully paid, and all communication must remain on the Airbnb platform for guest safety and support.
• Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and Towels, we kindly ask guests to avoid using them for any items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Many of these substances cannot be removed easily, and in some cases, the stains are permanent. When this happens, the linens must be disposed of and replaced, which comes at an additional cost. If our cleaning team provides a photo report of stained or damaged linens beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Thank you for helping us keep our linens fresh, clean, and comfortable for all guests.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. House was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. The front door is a bit sticky which gets old after a few tries but you get past it. The large outdoor area downstairs is a common area so don’t freak out when you come back from a long day on the water to strangers lounging and bar-b-queuing under your back deck. With luck they will be friendly like ours were.

House was nice. Management was not.

The house is beautiful.The only real complaint about the house is that the door sticks and is hard to get open.I would give this a better review except for the fact that I modified/reduced my reservation by one nights stay, well withing the timeline listed for a full refund in the policy and they have yet to refund me for the one night. First they gave me the run around about how to modify the reservation and I finally ended up calling VRBO to get it done. They sent a new invoice for 980.69 less than what I paid and have refused to refund it. The reason given was it didn't comply with the cancellation policy. The timeline was by July 3, 2025. I started the process on June 23, 2025.

Boat Friendly

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, on the water, nice boat dock, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. We'd definitely consider returning.
