Hôtels capsules à Fort Walton Beach

« Disappointed in breakfast. Other than eggs and sausage, there was no protein option. Yogurt and fruit would have been nice, even if just a banana or apple. Front desk staff acted as if we were disturbing them. Overall unimpressed with the facility. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days...

« Chambre propre. Accessible en fauteuil roulant comme demandé. Mais aucun amenagement pour personne à mobilité réduite. »

« Personnel très avenant et courtois. l'hôtel est coller sur la plage. »

« I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean. »

« Tres bien situé sur le bord de plage avec un acces direct. Bemol pas de restaurant tres proche accessible a pied comme partout aux us mais un resto sur place. »

« The staff were rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue with the room, which was not what I had booked. I reserved a room with a partial sea view and they gave me a room overlooking another room. Horrible. Very disappointed 😏 »

« Great staff »

« The hotel was sooo nice! The staff was great and the breakfast was soo good! Sadly we only stayed one night due to being evacuated due to the hurricane but overall highly reccomend »

« Les chambres étaient propres. Le personnel était très serviable et gentil. »
