I paid the extra charge and after 3 days of the pool heater running non stop it raised the temperature about 3 degrees. It was all the heater could do to keep just the "spa" at bath tub temperature. Other than that the house is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and such. I LOVED the coffee maker! Full pot, keurig cup, cup of hot water, it did it all but grind the beans for me. ##### Matt&Kelsey W.
