Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am \-The minimum age for check-in is at least 25 years old. \- NO PETS ALLOWED. \- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors \- Trash pickup days: Monday and Thursday \- There is one security camera solely to keep track of our cleaning team, located above the garage. \- Parking for 3 cars max. 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. \- The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay. \- We provide a cooler, an extra ice machine, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella! GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. The listing was extremely misleading and falsely advertised. We were charged 500 extra for a heated pool which was broken during our entire stay. We paid for a 4 bedroom house, however, only 3 bedrooms were functional since one bedroom had a broken bed frame which wasn't repaired during our stay. The fire pit was broken. The barbecue area & grill was filthy & extremely unsanitary. The propane tanks were empty. The screen doors were ripped. The laundry dryer was broken. Plus we had several other issues which we reported during our stay. We reached out several times to the owner & Management co & Vrbo but nothing was fixed during our stay. We received an insulting reimbursement for a terrible property. We did appreciate Vrbo Support for following up with us after our stay.
