The Neighborhood: The neighborhood has a very friendly and laid-back atmosphere. Many residents enjoy stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Besides the beach, residents can enjoy numerous parks and recreational facilities. The nearby Pompano Community Park offers sports fields, an aquatic center, and walking trails. The area is also well-connected with major roads like A1A and US-1 nearby, facilitating easy travel to other parts of Pompano Beach and neighboring cities like Fort Lauderdale. Getting Around: The condo is located in a walkable community close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bringing a car would be the most convenient option but rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available.
