This little gem of a rental was only A block from the beach on foot across from beach: CVS & Publix and a few other stores. Very nice, very clean. Hot water was plentiful & easy to get hot water quickly. Kitchen area was modest, although they had plenty of utensils cups and plates, coffee maker & microwave. Most impressive portion of my day was how beautifully rested I was on their superb mattresses and pillows. Staff is very helpful and eager to please. Please remember to tip the house cleaning crew… who work so hard.I will be back!

My stay here was amazing. The room was very nice and clean. When I first arrived here I was confused about what my room number is and so I called the company and they answered almost instantly helping me solve the issue and they were very kind while helping. I also liked how the beach and other stores were near by. My family and I also had a fun day in the pool. I recommend staying here!

Our room was updated. The kitchen area well fitted with full refrig and stove . Cabinets stocked with cooking utensils and table settings. The bathroom updated as well. The common area and pool area were small but beautiful with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a washer dryer for use on site. The location was perfect for walking to town, shopping or beach. I would highly recommend.

Disappointing Stay — Well Below Expected Standards I stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, the accommodation was well below an acceptable standard. The cleanliness was a major concern. The walls, dishes, and floors were visibly dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the condition of the bathroom floor. It was broken, uneven, and appeared unsafe. The floor leaned noticeably toward the faucet, making it difficult to stand securely and creating a genuine safety hazard. I also spoke with other guests who were staying at the property at the same time, and they reported experiencing the same issues with their accommodations. This suggests that these problems were not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my experience with the cleaning staff was also disappointing. I found them to be rude and unhelpful, and communication was difficult as they did not speak English. Overall, I expected much better for the price of this accommodation. Cleanliness, basic maintenance, safety, and respectful customer service should be standard. I would not recommend this hotel. Many other hotels were close with the same good location.

excellent cost effective stay! 3 minute walk to the beach, and very responsive property management. we had an issue with our stovetop and they were able to rectify it the same day. water pressure in the shower was limited but it did the job for a short trip! great location, clean space, and comfortable beds!

Great location, excellent bathroom, room was comfortable. The first day sign in was a little longer as the digital lock wouldn't work but it was because it had no batteries. A little cleanup would have been great. Otherwise location, room and the rain shower shower head was excellent. It's very close to the beach as well.
