This is an older style resort but very quaint. The property and rooms are very clean, which is important to me. The staff are all very friendly. A short 3 minute walk to the beach. There is a Publix a block away. Definitely would stay here again.

It was just blocks from the beach, close to numerous restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Overall seems like a good place if you plan to be at the beach all day and are just looking for a place to sleep. It was a little too noisy with sounds of other guests out by pool in evenings and traffic sounds. Could also smell cigarette smoke coming through the windows from people sitting outside smoking.

An older property that has been renovated with care, room was very pleasant. An overnight stay in a studio, well equipped with dishes, extra blanket, in room safe and modern bathroom. Combination lock pads on the doors for entry is always nice when going to the beach so nothing to keep track of. Pool area nicely appointed with chaises and bright Adirondack chairs. Located about a block from the beach, and a block from strip with Publix, CVS and some restaurants. It would have been easy to stay there without a car. It was in a several block area of older 1-2 story places to stay, restaurants and stores to explore. Sorry we weren’t staying longer, would definitely return.

Restaurant’s, grocery store and shops all within walking distance. Nice small resort. Stayed here twice and will go back again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Our room is quite large and has an adequate kitchen area that has been nicely remodeled. The pool looks nice and has plenty of tables under the palm trees. I would be quite content to stay here for a longer stay (we are just here 1 night). There is a grocery store and CVS a block away, along with a coffee place we will check out in the morning.

It was a cute, nice small property. The rooms were comfortable and kitchenette was nice. Didn't have chance to use the pool, but it was nice to have. Staff was very friendly and conscientious.

We stayed here, for a couple of days, before talk taking a cruise. It was perfect for price and location and the staff was wonderful!! Always washing and cleaning the courtyard that is wicked cute! This property is a short 10 walk to the center of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for great dining and entertainment. Friday night was a blast! The street was closed off with an outdoor band. I'm not sure if this is every Friday night or if we just got lucky. We had a second floor room which I think is better. Great place overall!

Basic but sufficient stay near a beach
This is simple hotel but very sufficient for just sleep. It’s clean and have minimum necessary to comfortably sleep. Shower has a good power. Location is great. The beach is 5 mins walk. Plaza with Publix and First Watch 3 mins walk. I’m completely satisfied. Would not hesitate to recommend if you need to be conveniently accommodated to explore around on your own.

This hotel is in a good area, very close to the beach. It was easy to find. The friendly staff at the front desk upgraded our room and gave us a nicer room for free. There were only two things I could complain about: There were no outlets covenient to the bed to plug in my phone to charge overnight. The bed had legs that I kept stubbing my toes on because the skirt covered them and you couldn't see there was a bed leg there. The street it is on is very quiet at night.

Super clean and very nice staff. The rooms were comfy and the only complaint I had was the new mattresses still had the plastic on them (by accident?) which made it sleep very hot. Close to food, shopping and the beach!

Great location and rooms!
I was truly please with the location of the Hotel and the unit. The Staff was very friendly and supplied us with information on the area's restaurants and stores. I will definitely stay there again.

Quaint, clean property with friendly accessible staff when/if you need them. Walking distance to the popular square at Lauderdale by the Sea. Grocery store a block away and the ocean one block away in the other direction too.

GREAT PRICE across street from the BEACH.
Check in was interesting, but very efficient!! Each door has a code that the person on phone gives you when you call. VERY convenient location across street from beach. And GREAT price.

There were numerous hairs on the bed. When we pulled back the sheets, there were live bugs crawling on the sheets. There was also half used dirty rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom.and the sink was broken so the water wouldnt drain.
