Riverfront condo w/ deck overlooking the water - steps to dining & shopping
10/10 Excellent
"This was a lovely historic spot near lots of fun things to do in Maine! The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The decor was thoughtful. Walking distance to a cafe for coffee, and you can sit on the deck and wait for the line to shorten at Reds Eats. The deck was a great spot to sit and read, and I know the area so I wasn’t surprised by the road noise on rt 1. The only opportunity for improvement would be that there are two doors leading to the apartment, and neither of them have a dead bolt lock. As a woman traveling alone, I would have really appreciated a dead bolt on the doors, and would definitely stay again if they were provided. "
"It’s a great location. Nice and quiet. Check in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious with nice beds and room darkening shades and there are plenty of amenities. Happy to stay here. "

"This is an excellent property. Very well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The screened in porch was great for sitting and enjoying the fabulous view. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. it is also convenient to many of the places in Maine we wanted to explore."
"The bathroom had hair on the walls, ceiling, and bathtub/shower. Also the towels were dirty, several of the clean towels had hair and tree needles like someone used the towel to dry off a dog or? The towels were so bad had to shower again to get the crud off and just finally went and purchased our own towels to use. We asked for additional towels however they were the same, dirty. Do Better!"
"Our stay was fabulous. Our favorite part of the day was to wake up and go out on the back porch with coffee in hand and enjoy the beautiful view. There were a number of times that we saw deer and raccoons. I couldn't even tell you how many different birds we saw. Carol even provided binoculars for bird viewing. Nice touch! Thank you Carol for a wonderful stay."

"Wonderful week in TopGallant! Weather was perfect. House had an added shower we didn’t expect, but were grateful for! A/C was not needed because the cross breezes are amazing. If the dryer had worked, it would have been total perfection!! Great water view across the Marina. Thanks for a great vacation!! "
