"We arrived to a friendly greeting from the manager who upgraded our room to one of their newly renovated rooms, which was wonderful and appreciated.
The room was a great size and had a very comfortable queen bed and a twin off to the side, along the wall. There was direct access to a balcony that looked out over loch ness, with a decent angle view. The bathroom had a sizable shower with rain shower head that was really nice. There was a deep and long bathtub in the bathroom that was really great to soak in. The bathroom mirror was fog free and you could adjust the brightness as needed and could cycle through 3 color temps. All expected amenities were in the room e.g. coffee cups, coffee maker. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The service for breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the food and drinks were simply amazing. The set up of the restaurant is great by the front window, where you can sit and look out at the loch.
if you are looking for a great experience at a hotel with great staff, excellent food, drinks, rooms and views, this is what you’re looking for."
