"The location was superb. Close to the waterfront and yet in the middle of the village. It felt like home. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. Communication was excellent despite some technical difficulty with our phone once we arrived in Spain. Thankfully a kind tourist gave us his personal hotspot to at least get us to the apartment. "Amazing location right on the beach which is beautiful. Food was better than expected. Our room was big enough in I block but needed updating. Also had a bad smell for a couple of days - drains or something. We were AI but it was frustrating that the pool bar wasn’t AI after 5pm so we had to walk quite a way to the other bar for drinks or pay extra. Recommend for the beach and kids pool/slide but needs a bit of TLC"

"Hotel would benefit from showers and toilets in Beach club area. Shower broken on some days and have to walk to gym to use one shared toilet. A water point also works be useful in the hotel. Had to walk to corner shop to purchase water after consuming the 1 free bottle we each received. An excellent hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast"

"Room was clean and functional with excellent Aircon. Balcony was good size but we did have a family room. Parking was a little hit and miss as it’s street parking. Staff excellent. Pool is small and made worse by children being allowed with inflatables preventing any chance of swimming lengths. Good location to shops bars and restaurants and beach"

"Excellent breakfast and service. Room has a kitchenette with full fridge, stove, dishes, and some pota and pans. Lovely historical site with lots of points of interest including Botanic gardens and church. Excellent view of the courtyard. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave of 100+ F (40+ C)."

"My friend and I had a five-night stay here and were absolutely blown away. We originally booked a standard room but were later upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely perfect. That being said, I’m sure we would have had an equally fantastic stay in our originally booked room. We spent most of our days by the pool, and every day was so pleasant. The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly Carmen, who we became very friendly with during our stay. She was so lovely and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for local food spots. Our room was beautiful and cleaned immaculately every day. We also had lunch by the pool on two occasions and were really impressed with the food. We are genuinely so sad to be home and would absolutely love to return in the future. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"Fran, Eva, Katia, Anna, Nikolai, and Kacper were an outstanding entertainment team. They created an atmosphere that made it easy for both children and adults to join in the fun. Fran had a special talent for getting the adults involved in activities like water polo and the pool parties, making everyone feel welcome to participate. Eva and Katia did a fantastic job engaging the children with themed nights, games, and activities that they looked forward to every day. Every member of the front desk staff went out of their way to help whenever we needed assistance. Maria, in particular, was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The scenery was stunning, the beach was beautiful, and taking an evening walk along the shore gave us the opportunity to see locals enjoying the beach as well, which made the experience feel even more authentic. As for the food, I’m usually not a fan of buffet style dining, but this resort was the exception. The food was consistently fresh, the selection was extensive, and I genuinely looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. There was always something new to try, and the quality exceeded my expectations."
