"The lakeview was spectacular and the rooms had ample space."

"The room is dated and overpriced for the lack of amenities in the room. Heater was not working during stay. Not properly cleaned with left over hair ties. The breakfast bar and lounge bar are a nice touch, however the staff is rude and not very willing to help. The manager of the hotel being one of the worst. We had left items and had an incredibly rude experience trying to get them back. The front desk was rude and unprofessional. When we got the manager he said “this is more of a housekeeping issue”. This is clearly a hotel/management issue after 10 days with no contact. The manager begrudgingly helped us finally get our items found. Honestly feel if we hadn’t hounded them I never would’ve received my items. Do not recommend this hotel. Will be writing an email to corporate as well. "

"Great neighborhood; safe lots of restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel is absolutely fabulous. The staff is efficient and quick and polite. The Room are large and the patios are absolutely wonderful being able to go on a balcony is very special in Chicago. Most hotels do not have a balcony."

"Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. It made getting around super easy."

"Room was clean, Property location was walking distance to all the sights. Hotel doesn't have parking but they send you a link where to park with a discount which wasn't a bad price. I would stay here again"
