  • One of Folly's Best! This 3 BR 3 BA elevated condo puts you right in the middle of all the action! Restaurants, shops and the beach are all steps away from this highly desired location. Just a half a block away from the Folly Pier where activity opportunities are endless! Enjoy fishing, crabbing and surfing or just relax and soak up the sun. This condo complex has a pool on site that is open from April to October. You will have your own designated parking spot and all the amenities you'll need for a breeze of a vacation. An updated kitchen, TV's in every bedroom and a washer and dryer. Both the living room and primary bedroom have access doors to your private balcony where you can take in views of the pool and sights of the ocean. A Walk to Downtown is a comfortable and convenient spot for friends and families to explore the best of what Folly has to offer!

    A Walk to Downtown allows a maximum of 2 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 50 lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information) While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. Short Family Visit

Condo was nice and very clean. We have stayed in several of these at Pavilion Watch and Charleston Villas. My only complaints are the ice maker did not work and the mattresses were horrible especially the master bed. We had a nice time and the condo was fine except for these issues.

The pool was always dirty and cement area around the pool. Was so disappointed because that was one reason why we rented there was to use the pool.The air conditioning was not working when we got there and it was about 85 in the room. The maintenance did come and fix it that night.The rooms were very clean, and the location was great!

It was a good location for sure felt it was a bit run down for the price needs some updates the air conditioning went out on the day before leaving which was tough cuz it was so humid made it hard to get packed and ready to go we were all dripping. They did apologize for the inconvenience and I guess things happen. Dont know I would stay here again if im being honest

This was perfect for our group...short walk to everything! I mean really short! The best restaurant was just across the street! Loved it! The house was so comfortable and clean! We will definitely come again!

A Walk to Downtown

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the cleanliness and relatively new furnishings. We had to contact the property manager twice and received prompt answers. The condo was located across from Folly Beach and was within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Wonderful stay

Our first trip to Folly Beach did not disappoint.... great location, rental certainly gave that "beachy vibe". Perfect size for 6 adults (plus every room had it's own bathroom) a definite plus! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. No issues at all... we'd love to return again!

Great location and clean

We were very pleased with our accomodations. We felt "at home" there, and would stay there again! Only suggestion would be to provide more towels/washcloths for a 5 day stay, so we wouldnt have to do laundry mid-vacation. We only used the toaster and keurig for coffee, so can't speak much to the accommodations in the kitchen. Plenty of dishware and flatware.
